trip prep and the funko store

 the first half of our week was spent getting packed/organized for our trip and hanging out at home for the most part. 

i did my book keeping work and some website edits for the PTA. azalea hung out with sisi most of monday. ashford went to karate monday and wednesday night. 

i went to the gym. ashford got a hair cut on tuesday afternoon. the kids and i went to kay's for pizza and thatcher joined us for a fire in the chiminea. it was a beautiful night and kay's flowers are blooming like crazy right now. ashford spent the night, so that was fun for him.

i took the kids to the funko store (headquarters) in everett on wednesday. if you aren't familiar with funko (i wasn't until recently), they are collectible figurines of different pop culture people - cartoons, athletes, anime, etc. the store is really popular, we had to wait in line outside for about 15 minutes. it was fun to look around. the kids decided they didn't see anything they had to have, so that was nice. 

 

 

now we are ready for 3 week of family, friends, and fun in minnesota!
