this weekend

- was my first friday off with the kids. i had a shopping date at the carter's store with sarah in the morning, and the kids and i went to our friend mollie's for lunch with her and the triplets. i can't believe they will be one at the beginning of june! 

- we went to culver's for dinner on friday night. it is always busy there, but i think this was the most packed i've ever seen it. we almost didn't get a table! 

- we hit up a bunch of garage sales in richfield. we got the kids a few clothing items, including winter boots for ashford. 

- we spent lots of time outside soaking up the sun and warmth. my outdoor blanket came in the mail, so we had to test it out! 

- the kids and i met up with dawn and kristin & kenley at sovereign grounds coffee shop. it was fun to catch up with those ladies, and the kids had fun playing in the play room. 

- our friend dave and his mom carol stopped over to meet ashford and drop off some gifts. it was so nice to catch up with them as well! 

- we grilled pizza and ate dinner out on the patio: home made crust, olive oil, mozzarella, tomatoes, prosciutto, and rosemary. delicious!
