3rd birthday fun!

we celebrated azalea's 3rd birthday with family over the weekend. her actual birthday is tomorrow. we decided to just do a family party for her again this year. her birthday snuck up on me and while i would have loved to have thrown her a kid party too, it just wasn't going to happen. but that's ok...she didn't know the difference! :) 

we had thatcher's parents, uncle anders, aunt cedar and jack, and uncle brandon over for pizza, cake, and presents. my parents are in florida as usual at this time of year, so they skyped in like they did last year. gotta love technology! azalea had been talking about her party for weeks. she was so thrilled for it to be her turn to get cake and presents and have "happy birthday" sung to her! it was so cute to watch. here are some pictures from the evening:

That cakes is adorable and looks delicious. Did you make it? I cant believe a bunch of our little are all turning 3 within months of each other. My how fast they grow.
