mn bloggers eat chocolate

our blogger gathering last thursday night was a different type of meet up for us! we were invited by sees candy store to attend their pre-opening event at their new store in southdale mall. we were each allowed to bring one guest. i invited my good friend sara because i figured she and baby girl (due in august) would enjoy indulging in a little chocolate :) it was such a fun night! 

sees brought in their brand managers, store managers, etc to host the event and they were all so welcoming to us! they pretty much let us have free reign of the store - we got to try as many kinds of chocolates from the glass case as our hearts desired (mine desired about 7 before i got a tummy ache). 

the employees shared some sees history and trivia with us and then we had an activity where we got to go behind the counter in groups and try our hand at packaging boxes of chocolates. they made it a race to see who could get their 12 chocolates in paper and situated in the box the fastest. it was a lot harder than it looked! 

as always, it was super fun to see all the girls and their guests, and to meet some newbies. it was sort of hard to really get quality time in with people because it was crowded, but it was a lot of fun. thanks for having us, sees!
