it's friday, it's friday! (i'm not excited or anything). however, i am a little stressed out about the christmas shopping i have left to do. we don't even buy that much stuff, but somehow it still ends up taking me 1000000 trips to get it done. maybe i can finish up this weekend. hopefully? what else is happening this weekend...i'll be getting my christmas cheer on by attending a neighborhood holiday party saturday night and baking cookies with my best friend kelli and some other girls on sunday afternoon.
please keep my dad in your thoughts and prayers. he is currently in the hospital being treated for an infection since his immune system is so suppressed. it doesn't sound serious, but of course we hope he is back to feeling well again soon!

Surprisingly, I'm DONE with my Christmas shopping. YAY!! Usually I'm still scrambling for things last minute.

We are *hopefully* finishing our Christmas shopping this evening. We have babysitting and a strategic list that even includes a stop at Hobby Lobby for wrapping paper. I do not want to be out in the crowd next weekend!
