happy 5th anniversary!

today is thatcher's and my 5th wedding anniversary! that is just crazy to me, but what's even more crazy is that we've been together for 10 years. 10 years! that's over a third of my life. who would have guessed in 2002 that this little 17 year old and that little 19 year old who flirted while working for community education would still be going strong today? ok, maybe me....and him. :) i think we both knew we were in this for the long haul...even at the very beginning of our relationship. 

i know it's cliche (and maybe a little creepy), but we both just "knew." i'm so proud of how far we've come. from dating long distance, to living together when we got engaged, to buying a house to having a baby. time flies!  marriage is a lot of work. we have days where we disagree about many things and days where everything seems like it couldn't be more perfect. i can't think of anyone else i'd rather share this crazy ride with.
