9 month appointment

azalea had her 9 month appointment today. unfortunately she was not a happy camper there. i think she was overtired and ready for her nap. i was thankful there are no vaccinations at 9 months. here are her stats: 

- weight: 17 lbs, 6 oz (25%)

- height: 28.5 inches long (75%)

- head circumference: 43.5 cm (25%)

she continues to be a long and lanky little girl (which we knew). doctor said she is perfect though! we talked a little about how she's not quite crawling and doesn't seem interested in feeding herself yet and the doctor said not to worry. and especially not to act like it's a big deal around her because that might cause her to delay it even more out of rebellion. azalea rebellious? never! :) we go back to the doctor at 12 months. crazy!
