nursery chronicles part 2 and 100th post!

i just noticed this is my 100th post! woo hoo! i started this blog back in april and i'm pretty sure there were about 2 readers. now i have over 175 visits a week! obviously people are more interested in my baby than me. just kidding. haha. although this blog is mainly for me to document this time in my life, it's fun to have people follow along and leave comments...so thanks! 

moving on...we made some major progress on the nursery this weekend. i'm not going to show off full room shots yet (I'll save those for when the nursery is complete), but I do want to show you our projects. first was assembling the crib. i won't pretend to take credit for this one...it was all thatcher. he did a great job.

right after i took this, he asked "why are you taking pictures of my butt?" haha.

i may not have done any assembling, but i did get the bedding all ready, (which is just as important, right?) :)

all done...and i'm in love!

the green is actually much brighter in person. for some reason the camera couldn't pick it up.

next up was hanging the blinds and curtains.

all finished! i had to close the blinds to get decent lighting for the picture.
