it's beginning to look a lot like...

christmas at our house! yesterday we went to hampton, mn to cut down a christmas tree with our neighbors - holly, adam, and little henry. it was a really nice day! warm and dry.

henry wasn't sure what to think about the whole thing :)

most of the trees were charlie brown style this year, but we did manage to find a beauty for ourselves.

thatcher got down to business cutting our tree...he's such a nice hubby after a weekend of prepping and painting the nursery.

after we decorated, we made hot chocolate and i made thatcher sit in the living room with me with all of the lights off and listen to christmas music. he liked it, he just won't admit it ;) can't wait to decorate with our little girl next year!
