rain rain go away
yep, i've resorted to writing an entire post dedicated to the weather. i don't blame you if you don't read it, but if you live in the twin cities like me i think you'll understand that our lack of summer weather these days warrants a whiny post.
since our summers are so short to begin with, it's hard not to get annoyed with cloudy, rainy days with temperatures in the 60's that seem to have no end. you'd think i'd learn by now that every year june tends to be a wet month, yet as my calendar fills up with block parties, graduation open houses, birthday dinners, etc. i still picture them all happening under bright blue skies, with the sun shining down and me wearing a tank top, cute skirt, and flip flops. sadly i've found myself wearing cardigans and boots for the last week. arrrgh.
why do we live here again?
