to not worry about things that i have little or no control over.
to look at the big picture when i'm feeling down about something insignificant.
to not take my friends or family for granted.
to remember that though people's lives may look perfect from the outside, everyone is fighting their own battles.
to drink some water instead of eating m&ms when i "think" i'm hungry an hour after lunch. :)
to remember how lucky i am to be healthy, happy, with the best husband a girl could ask for.
i reminded myself of all of these things today and thought i'd share them here in case you need a reminder too.
